Half Moon Bay Real Estate continues to be rocky. February saw no home closings despite several pended sales in January. Pended sales typically mean closed sales about 30 days later. Montara and Moss Beach have continued to have a stagnant inventory, few sales.  2010 should be a better year as we have saw significant increases in good inventory in both January and February.  I expect much better numbers when February sales are reported.  Currently the combined Montara and Moss Beach inventory is 10 months worth.  3 Months of inventory defines a buyers market.
